Job Description:
As an IT Support Specialist at Naga Info Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, providing technical assistance to employees, and supporting clients using our AI-powered solutions. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining IT security and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage system installations, configurations, and updates for internal and client-facing platforms.
- Ensure the seamless operation of AI-driven applications, resolving any IT-related challenges.
- Monitor IT infrastructure, identify potential risks, and implement preventive measures.
- Assist employees with IT-related inquiries, ensuring minimal downtime and high productivity.
- Maintain and improve IT security policies, ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
- Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and support resolutions for future reference.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support integrations and system enhancements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar IT role.
- Experience with networking, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud-based IT environments.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting AI-based applications and enterprise software (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and customer support experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
