Job Description:
As a Project Manager (AI & Tech) at Naga Info Solutions, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-powered projects. You will work closely with AI engineers, developers, and clients to ensure seamless project implementation, driving efficiency, innovation, and business value. Your expertise in managing technical teams and AI-driven initiatives will be crucial to delivering high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project management for AI and technology-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, developers, and business analysts.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure smooth coordination between technical teams and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Facilitate agile methodologies, sprint planning, and continuous improvement practices.
